This four-month shadow-based project was installed in the summer of 2017, anticipating the winter solstice. As the sun's position shifts from high in the sky to lower on the horizon, the shadows of the upside-down letters are enlarged on the sidewalk. "Live Large by Loving Life" is my personal mantra, reflecting my interactions with a diverse range of human experiences throughout my career as an artist.
